Cape Cod Summer House

I was blown away by this cheerful cape cod home featured in this months Traditional Home magazine. It was designed by Maureen Footer and is owned by the Lovato family.

LOVE that desk.

I love those chairs!

How amazing is that painted floor.

  37. These are beautiful spaces. Hopefully we will be able to provide a service for property managers to find a vendor to come in and stage spaces that look like this. Wouldn't that be awesome!!!

  38. How should one handle the window in the shower such as in the tiny coral bathroom? I hate to replace my window with block, but I fear more water damage in my 80 year old bungalow. Any ideas?
